i can see a sore but try get it swabbed
its possible, only way of knowing for sure its to get it swabbed asap while its still there. If the swab is positive get a blood test as well, if the blood test is negative its a new infection that way youll know when & who you contracted it from. If both are positive youve had it for a few months or longer…
