I haven’t had sex and I came out negative on everything a month ago. I got a cold sore on my lip a couple of days ago due to living in Texas with their weather being hot n cold anyway I’m usually very careful but on Sunday I disinfected my cold sore touched it then put some cream on it I got distracted and didn’t wash my hands then touched myself down there I immediately got in the shower and washed off but of course I started googling it up and it said cold sores can turn to genital herpes if touched, I didn’t think nothing of it but I checked myself down there and seen these yellow bumps now I’m starting to think I gave myself herpes down there 
Hi Lola, be reassured that there’s nothing looking like herpes on your picture. The white spots are oil glands. Having HSV1 for some time provided you with enough antibodies to protect you from infecting your self. The risk of auto-contamination is minimal.
