so this sore popped up two days ago but prior to that i had been experiencing some pressure in my perineum area for a few days, i had been sitting around the airport and catching flights like two days in a row and the pressure from sitting was bothering me during the flights and in between flights, also before i was catching flights i had some issues with my bowel movements being somewhat painful, so my question is could this be herpes or could this be sores from pressure like a saddle sore or something like that?
