i am worried I might have contracted herpies. I am a gay male and had unprotected sex 5 days ago. I bottom but we did not finish. 4 days later I started to feel sick and noticed two small lesions on my bottom. today day 5 I had the worst migrane and extreme nausea. (tested neg for covid) is this herpies?
