I have small black/brown bump on my scrotum observing from several years. but these days I am seeing multiple small spots on my scrotum. Feeling itchy from last 10 days on scrotum and groin area, testicles turned into red.!
I have went for HIV test after 1.2 year exposure came result negative. No sexual activity from last 15 months.
Looks like a ingrown hair had one before. Had one just like this and I got it checked. Confirmed ingrown hair.
