Is this high blood pressure and heart rate normal or should I get a 3rd Cardiologist Opinion?

I havent tested my blood pressure lately but when I went to the cardiologist he noted my blood pressure was a tad bit high for a teenager (around 140s). During my exercise my blood pressure goes as it should do during exercise, so its only my resting blood pressure. Last time I checked my blood pressure was after I cam from a walk, it was 180/100. So I freaked. I took it again it lowered to 160/100 and then 130/105? So Im really confused why my blood pressure is so high? I feel my heart beat so strong, have headaches, and I dont feel good. I have had a blood pressure monitor for 24 hours which came back normal I think? (the doctor said its probably anxiety). What Im wondering is Is this high blood pressure normal for a teen? Is it a structural heart problem? Should I see a THIRD cardiologist? How will I feel normal again? How will I make my parents believe me and listen? P.S My resting heart rate has been higher than normal lately, like in the 90s when its usually in the 60s. This is making me scared that Im having a hypertensice crisis right now and no one knows.

does high blood pressure run in your family?
Do you drink anything with caffeine in it such as coffee, pop, energy drinks, etc.?
is your doctor aware that your blood pressure was 180/100 after a walk?
you can always visit another cardiologist but both the ones that you have seen didn’t seem too concerned that it was anything serious. are you an extremely anxious and stressed person? That could have a lot to do with it.
if it was a structural problem it would have shown up on the testing. I hope you get some answers but in the meantime see how low you can get your blood pressure with total relaxation. You can listen to some great meditations on YouTube for relaxing and anxiety. After listening to one then take your blood pressure and see if it’s lower. I hope you feel better soon
