these bumps showed up after the first time i got oral sex back in 2017. For a while I thought it was ppp but after recent research im worried its hpv. No doctor has raised any concerns about them in physicals but to be fair i've never asked. Can someone help?

They could just be Tyson’s glands, not genital warts. Are they present on either side of the frenum? If they are, then Tyson’s is likely.

yes they are on both sides. Just to be clear do Tyson’s Glands require treatment or are they nothing to worry about?
Tyson’s are a normal part of your anatomy and don’t require treatment or removal.
