He there guys, I have had these bumps on my shaft and testicles since I was a young child, I remember when I was around 5 maybe 6 ish (the memory is a bit foggy), I am now 19 years old. I remember getting changed and seeing an outbreak of these popping up on my testicles, I remember being taken to the hospital after telling my mother about them, it wasn't painful, but I remember them being a bit itchy. When we arrived, the doctor said it was just some sort of build up of oil/sweat that had caused this and that my parents should apply sudacreme to them, which actually worked and it never became itchy ever again. I have always assumed that it was nothing because my parents always said it was fine and normal. But around the time I hit puberty which was quite early for me around 10ish, these lumps started appearing in random spots of the shaft, I didn't think anything of it, I told my parents, and they said it was fine and that it was normal once again. So I have ignored it my whole life, I have never been sexually active, but now that I am in University, I am getting more confident around women, and I am talking to a girl that really likes me, and all of a sudden this situation has me curious again. They have never caused itchiness, pain, they have never bled or popped. my discharge is normal and as it should be and nothing from my foreskin to my tip or testicles hurt or itch. When I stretch the skin around it or apply pressure slightly as if I were to try and pop it, you can see it is filled with a sort of yellow liquid but it also feels hard. They have never increased in number, they have never increased in size nor disappeared. I have posted this on a forums before and a lot of people were confident that it was fordyce or some sort of oil gland, but I really am not sure. I am getting hold of a clinic within the local general hospital, and I am going to book a screening, but I also posted this to get opinions.
The girl that likes me wants me over Saturday, I am going to make it clear that I don't want to have intercourse right now until I find out what this is as I don't want to put her at risk.
