for about 4 years bow i have been living with a disgusting secrett but its because i was so young and just now turned 18 this summer. when i was 14 i used to have a sexual relationship with a girl that we were not at safe about. our familys were very close so we would see eachother multiple times a week and every time we would have unprotected sex which would also be anal sex. that continued all for almost three years until she moved. i noticed my was changing as time progressed it looked dry, started getting black spots that werent bumps, and then i noticed bumps and even possible little warts. i have not spoken to her but her family was very strict and i was the only guy she was ever able to see outside of school. I know i definitely have an STD cause i was very irresponsible. But i was just a kid with raging hormones. I could never tell my parents cause they were very religious and would literally dis own me but now that im 18 i planned on getting tested in the winter when i move for college. I just wanna know what my case is looking like if anyone has any knowledge.
Toby, your circumstances are very understandable - most young men in their first flourish of sexual maturation would make the most of the circumstances you were in at the time.
Looking at your photos there is certainly NO SIGNS of anything unusual going on - if you want to be 100% sure then go to a sexual health clinic or college doctor to get checked
