IS THIS HPV? Or something else omg please help

I had a kidney infecfion, caused by a uti im already HSV1 positive ive been on antibiotics which cleared the infection caused by a uti and i had swelling and white clumpy discharge which was caused by a yeast infection. I just noticed this and im literally crying so hard im scared it could be HPV and i have no clue what it is. please help me i dont want HPV :( I cant even sleep and feel like i dont want to live anymore i am desperate for answers**

What makes you think that you have HPV? I can’t see warts or anything similar. Vaccine is very efficient preventing HPV.

because i can feel hard lumps which really hurt to touch but theyre are not similar to herpe sores

HPV warts usually don’t hurt, and I can’t see anything that look like HPV on your photo.
