Is this HPV or VP? Please Help!

** Please help. I had sex way back in april, the only time I have had sex. last month (october) i was checking my discharge and accidentally scratched the opening of my vagina, so i checked it. i noticed the cluster of bumps and started to freak out. now, back in September I found one tiny single bump on my vagina, so i ended up going to the Urgency Room to see what it was because i was paranoid that maybe it was a wart. the doctor looked at it quick and said she knew it wasnt a wart, but tested it to see if it was herpes. i went back to another doctor the next week to get another input, and she looked all over my vagina and said it wasnt warts. also my herpes results came back negative. but I am still a little freaked out, i know it could be VP but the bumps closer to my vaginal opening are scaring me. there is also that same group of bumps on the other side. they arent painful, and im not even sure how long that has been there. now, the row of bumps showed up a few weeks ago, but i didnt think too much of it. please help!

looks like VP. you could have another test done, but if both came back before then i wouldnt worry. this does not look like herpes or warts to me.

also to clarify, the single bump/urgency room happened in september. i noticed these bumps in october. oh and the single bump ended up being from friction it went away within a week!

thanks! it was just the small cluster of bumps that freaked me out a bit. ive never looked that deep in my vagina (i literally had to open my vaginal lips to get this pic) so honestly idk how long they could have been there

for safe measures, go ahead and get tested once more…its never a bad idea and better safe than sorry! But these dont look concerning so dont stress yourself in the meantime!!

looks to me like Vestibular papillomatosis (VP) a cutaneous condition of the vulva, characterized by pink, asymptomatic, fine projections of the vestibular epithelium or labia minora. totally normal and nothing to be worried about.

okay thank you! yes the line does look like VP for sure, i just didnt know that the bumps could be clustered together like that.

Any idea what this is? noticed this ski tag and other ‘bumps’ a while ago and hoped they would go away but still have them. They don’t hurt. Have a 15 months old and in a monogamous relationship for over 10 years. thanks for any advice
