Are you referring to the fine grainy lumps? These are vestibular papillomas (see annotated picture) and completely harmless.

actually I was talking about right above the opening 2-3 cm down.
Sorry, can’t comment. Image is out of focus. All I can make out is vaginal opening with whitish discharge. If you take another photo, please annotate (highlight) what you’re worried about.
