You need yo get these visually checked by a medical professional as it is hard to distinguish what they actually are.
The fact that there are a number of them, rather than 1 or 2 is always suspicious

please get back with a reply after you’ve been to the doctor, I have something very similar and a sex clinic nurse said it’s just normal spots not hpv…but I don’t buy it.
