I've had a battle with chronic pelvic pain over the course of the year (suspected infection,over medication from antibiotics) and am now at the stage of pelvic floor rehabilitation. I have felt a lot better but I am still unable to sit upright and have pain in my labia minora which hangs down. Since the swelling has gone down and pain has lessened (though I still have tenderness) I feel bumps and am not sure if this is hpv warts or not. (And if so, was wondering if this was the reason I am still tender on my labia minora and still can't sit/put pressure on it nor stand for long periods of time)
(I am hpv positive with the 2 cervical cancer types and had a colposcopy to check that everything is ok which they said it was not cancerous or pre cancerous so it is ok)

It actually was okay, turned out to be a scab from bikini grooming, it fell off and was also checked by obgyn
