I had unprotected sex (like an idiot) and a week later I start to have discomfort. I've felt this way before a few years ago and was told HPV but they only treated a few on the outer edge of my vagina. Now I can tell there is obvious change, especially at the 5:00 location. Its causing me extreme discomfort. My gyno prescribed me Nystatin and flucazone saying its just irritation from my yeast infection, but I know a yeast infection wouldn't be doing this. Please help! Is there treatment that can be done on this type of sensitive tissue? Please help!

These aren’t warts. Yeast infections may cause an inflammation, which then also cause these kind of eruptions
It’s just I’ve been using the cream they gave me and the pill for a yeaat infectiom and nothing has changed.
