Is this HPV?

So I noticed these bumps back in Feb and by March they were still there so I went to a sexual health clinic. Initially, she said she wasn't sure and had to call a 3rd party in to have a look. She wasn't really either but said it looks like genital warts. So I was treated. All this did was make them sore and red for a couple days. Now I feel like I may have more of them. I don't have any other symptoms other than them being there and for awhile I totally forgot about them but it is concerning me now. Not usually at all red but I did some hair removal. Thank you.. !

People’s go to is always herpes. Given the duration, this is definitely not herpes. Perhaps molluscum? They look similar to mine but I am not an expert
