I have all of the Gardisil 9 shots and recently I had unprotected oral sex. Does this look like HPV?

No, these are not warts. And as you say, you’re protected from HPV because you’ve been vaccinated.

These are Fordyce spots, collections of sebaceous (oil) glands under the skin.
