ive had these little brown dots on my penis for about a month or a little longer (at least that is when I noticed them). my dermatologist said they did not look like typical warts to him (wasnt obvious) but tried to freeze them. i went back 2 weeks later and they looked about the same. he said lets meet again in a month to see what they look like and still wasnt sure what to make of them. this is really bothering me! any ideas?
