Noticed these few spot today and it has me worried. Had unsafe encounter a 3 weeks ago which was obviously dumb on my part. No pain associated with bumps.
Looks more like molluscum bumps

Im sorry but in my opinion I think it is a blisters first symptoms of herpes then it will became sores because me too I had herpes down here thats why I conclude yours too but to be sure go to urologist and get check. If it is, just move on we cant back the time that happened. God bless
Thanks for the input. Out of curiosity i scraped/popped a few of the bumps and noticed a small white round core in all the bumps.
Thus far I’m leaning towards molliscum. Hopefully this is the case!!
