got exposed and 3 days later i noticed this pimples on the side of the leg and below the belly, none in my genitals. the next day i went to get tested and came back negative. today 10 days later it just it itches, help please
looks like folliculitis
It’s clearly at the roots of the hairs. So not HSV, but folliculitis.
