There’s nothing wrong from what you’ve shown us. Do remember that you’re only 16 and going through adolescence. And that means that a number of physiological changes are happening throughout your body, including changes to your genital skin.
The glans (what you’re showing us) looks perfectly normal for someone who’s been circumcised.
