Is this irritated skin?

ive noticed this and idk if its irritated skin or a yeast infection if you look at my other discussion i started i also have something that looks like VP but idk. i have a dr appointment june 29 so ill figure this all out soon. i just wanna know if this like irritated skin to yall or if i should be worried

it hurts but im wondering if it could be like razor bumps or something simple.

Might be just irritated skin, but the photo is too blurred to say. Anyway, this has nothing to do with VP.
