so i get like one random twitch anywhere on my body and its literallty just one, as well last night i got like a twitch/pulpation in my foot, is this a seizure? could be brain tumour or just anxiety?, also i sometime get dizzy spells?

Relax i get rhem all the time in random places like chest. Legs. Arms stomache face more so when a little more anxious or stressed.. Relax they are benign. Knowing this will help calm them.. As awful as they feel you're ok
Stress induced spasms are commin. Low magnessium too. Dizzy is completely stress related
