could be ingrow hairs/ caused from shaving. the only way to know forsure if you have herpes is to get the sores themselves tested. if you do have herpes its nothing to be too concerned about. its easy to fall into a depression after the diagnosis but the only real sucky thing about it is having to tell potential partners because of the stigma. the virus itself is pretty manageable
Does it itch? You have white and red spots. Looks like fungus to me. You should ask your pharmacist. If it is, an OTC antifungal ointment will help get rid of it. Unless you have other significant symptoms, it does’t look like herpes
