so lately i have been going to the toliet and theres been bad strong smell i thought it was coming from the head of my penis as im uncircumcised so i thought i need clean it more often but then i felt a itch today on the side of my groin near the testicles i went to check and saw a rash touched it and smelt very bad and it was the same smell ive been getting when going to the toliet now that notice is there its very sore and smelly and check the other side of my groin theres a same rash but small and very sore too and with the same smell im very worried thinking ive caught a serious std as ive never had anything in my life. also its very rash is very moist and it burns if wash it with water or touch it.
