I’m just curious if this looks normal. Subtle changes in the body as I age. For one the prominent vein on the glans, and slight redness with wrinkles. It’s somewhat irritated, winter time so wearing ng long johns which are tighter than usual.
I should also mention, no burning, no discharge, no sores that i can see, slight redness, but also very mild irritation, more of an annoyance than anything.
What actual age are you? The photo does not show sufficient detail to show what you have going on to comment on. Going on your description of redness and irritation this is most often caused by the things that the penis is in regular contact with.
Typically this would be soap and any other form of body wash. Soap powder used to wash clothing in is also a common source - suspect anything that is not one of the major brands, particularly if it is the cheapest you can find.
When you say you are wearing long johns this could be what has tipped the balance in you noticing it - so the presence of sweat and additional heat can be a problem, or as I say, make what would not normally be an issue into one.
In terms of the tightness when you take the LJ’s out of the washing machine stretch the crotch area sideways to see if you can give yourself a bit more breathing space …
