For the past few months I have been having intense itchiness and cuts that appear on my perineum! I was treated for yeast infection twice but the problem still persists! I don't know what to do. Sometimes I think there is a cut on my anus because it bleeds and my pooping hurts! I attached a picture of the cuts!

this is exactly my case! ive been getting these cuts/fissures in the same area for months now and have tested negative for every sti/std etc and have treated yeast once. im getting a biopsy soon to figure out whats going on bc ive had multiple doctor visits and idk what it is although im also suspecting it may be LS
yes, its so frustrating. they heal quickly but they come back just as quick.
Have you tried oral supplements? Perhaps probiotics? Do you take any vitamins? Green tea?
