HI, im 29 and today I spotted something on my back which definetely wasnt there few months back. I started working out lately and today I took a picture of my back and I have noticed something strange. Is this lipoma or just a weird bra buldge? as per previous pictures it was not there before!
You should be able to feel it , poke it , squeeze it ,massage it and if it doesn’t feel like skin/fat then it’s Lipoma or cyst .
