I'm so confused. I'm not getting any help from the doctor so I feel like this is my last way out. Does it look like LS, eczema, fungal? I just want an answer :( Maybe it's good to know that I have dry skin all over my body due to low ferritin.

Looks like an LS patch on your anal area, not eczema and unless that is white discharge, not fungal imo.
