I have persistent itching, worse at night, sometimes burns. I have wrinkly patches and whenever I tend to get flaky & dry I use coconut oil. Sometimes after intercourse I have pain and and always itchy afterwards. I stopped using scented body washes and only wash up with water down there.

Does sound very similar. Mine started with a crazy itch, then when thrush cream didn’t work and the burning was awful, I had a look. Saw loads of grey/white skin and could see up into the neck of my womb.
I use castor oil as its thicker than coconut oil and especially before sex, this makes a difference. One thing though that doesn’t go away is the feeling like my insides of my womb are very heavy and like they are ready to protrude the opening.

that looks like it could be a fungal infection to me. try canesten cream first. if after i think its 7 or 10 days, theres no improvement, see a gp.
ive had a fungal infection in the crease of my groin before, itchy, red. canesten worked. keep area clean and dry. i use baby nappy powder after i shower now to prevent reoccurance.
