I have woken up with a swollen penis around the shaft area (just before the corona).
When I touch the swollen area it feels tender, and if I press hard there is a **dull pain.**
When I press, I can feel there is a **hard cordlike structure** that is encircling the shaft horizontally.
The "cord" appears to be most inflamed /agitated on the left-side of the shaft - which is where most of the pain is.
When I pull the skin, I can just see the cord which is causing this trouble.
I am 36. I was circumcised when I was a 6 year old boy.
I don't have a partner, but I masterbate about 2-3 times a week.
**My questions are**:
- Is this Lymphocele? Sclerosing lymphangitis?
- I heard Lymphoceles are painless. Any idea why is there a dull pain in my case?
- How long does it generally take to heal?
- Does this condition have anything to do with circumcision?

I think you need to see a Urologist to address the questions that you are asking here.
Essentially, for recovery you meed to know about what has caused this - as you say, this could be linked to the circumcision - but only a urologist can determine what is actually going on taking into consideration and relevant history
Thank you for that. I have made an appointment with a Urologist. Will report back.
