Is this most likely a false negative for herpes? Been tested 3 times, all negative but flare ups?

this is my first outbreak in March 2020

have been having flare ups a few times last year and now but have been tested three times (March, August and Now) with IgG and came back negative.

seeing my doctor tomorrow but wondering if these are most likely false negatives or maybe something else? the flare ups are only one sore and very small. i get tingles and mild itching but thats it. never much pain.

should i take a western blot? should i just accept it as herpes?

They could be bumps from infection. It depends if they continue to grow, but do not wait to find out. Speak to your doctor about it. From your symptoms it sounds like its a genital infection of some sort.
