hi, i came off the pill about 6 months ago...maybe more, due to it no longer agreeing with me. i was on it 14 years so never really experienced a period without it! but lately ive been experience some symptoms and not sure if they are period related...they are: headaches (not sever, just dull ache) mainly left side. dizziness, very off balance...motion sickness even just looking at my phone. tired feeling a little sick on and off. im not sure if these can be caused by period. i suffer health anxiety so my mind thinks the worse and there is something sinister in my head! i also have TMJ and bad neck and shoulder so maybe id connected.
a change in hormones can give you these symptoms. I always have a headache over one side of my head before my period. I also get dizzy spells.
