It does not matter if this is Sarcoid or not.
RUSH TO YOUR NEAREST DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL...DO NOT WALK...RUN!
What ever this is, your symptoms are alarming. You may well have more than one condition. Some symptoms sound like sarcoid but other do not.
You need urgent medical attention.
Do not put this off.
Get to the experts immediately...I would go if it were I to the hospital/ambo
so that they will have to do initial test immediately and sent straight to the correct specialist without any delay.
If you go to a general practitioner he will refer you tests then these back to him then refer to specialist etc.
Much quicker to go straight to the hospital. Your condition is most urgent.
Do not hesitate!!!

Yes it could be - it is the eye infirmary that you need to go to - I go once a year for check up now - but I was told if I feel dizzy or light headed or see waves down what would normally be straight then I should go straight away
inform them you have sarcodosic - but you should be having regular eye exams
I would support the other replies and say yes some of these things are down to the Sarcoid, but also go and ask for medical help even if its just to re-assure you. You need to check all bases. Just remember not that many people know that much about Sarcoid and symptoms are different in everyone.the vision things would be my 1st concern but it depends where youre Sarcoid is. Better to check it out and it be the Sarcoid than be complacent and miss something else. Lets hope its just the Sarcoid even though thats bad enought on its own. Im 2 years into my Sarcoid and Ive had just about most of your symptoms at some point. Be aware also some medicications cause side effects. I had to come off one as my GP said I was addicted. Until I came off it I hadnt realised I was. Best thing is to ask the medics
I do or have experienced many of the symptons you mentioned, but not all of them, we have learnt its best not to assume/put down everything to Sarcoid.
Hope you soon get a medical answer .....if there is one.!

It has been a few days now since your post.
I was wondering how things were going for you?
Hopefully you have had your issues clearly identified!
Best of luck

Been to the doctors he hadn't even read my notes and preceded to lecture me about health anxiety..... I quickly informed him his colleague sent me home 2 years ago after I limped into his office with massively swollen legs and red blotches. I later fainted that night and spent 2 weeks in hospital. He quickly changed his tune but still leaned towards anxiety which is so far from the truth. They are useless to the point of exasperation.
He scheduled blood sugar test's but I've already bought a kit and it seems normal. Im going to ask to be referred back to my specialist I can't deal with gp's any longer. I fear its all my sarc. Seems to manifest when im tired. I need to be well rested or it kicks my head in. I've also found a low carb diet really helps but ive strayed recently. The vision issue's are a worry but the worst thing is the dizzeness and sometimes psssing out after eating. Which comes and goes sometimes weeks at a time. Its a terrible infliction we have because its so rare and effects so many aspects of the body. I wish you all the very best of luck.
Hi
Good to hear from you again.
Suggestions if I can be so bold?
Get a new GP
Go ahead with the sugar tests because some of your symptoms may indicate a sugar. Copy these tests to your new GP and your specialist.
Yes go and see a specialist as soon as possible.
I feel you may have multi issues.
Digestive track sounds like you need some investigating there.
"The vision issue's are a worry but the worst thing is the dizzeness and sometimes passing out after eating"
"Usually comes on after first meal. (Not exclusively)
Or in the afternoon". After lunch???
Personally I believe you are facing multi issues.
Please seek the medical help need to get a handle on these problems and then be better able to manage these issues.
Please keep in touch as you progress.
