Hi in the past I never really cared about my foreskin and just left it there. Now i noticed when trying to pull it back it seems to be connected is some way to the foreskin? I am wondering if this is the frenulum or another part of the penis attached. Is this normal?
So, the area where there is an attachment is indeed where your Frenulum is - what you may have is either a slight variation, and actually have a really broad Frenulum, or you have an additional skin bridge on top of your Frenulum.
