The tip of my penis on the left has changed color and i dont know if I should be worried.

I feel no itchiness or pain.
could someone tell me if it’s normal?

Also, l seem to have a small black bump on my shaft, and at this point i’m terrified, could it be anything harmful?

I think you have a mixture of things going on here - it is unlikely to be harmful, but, you need to play safe: see your Regular / Family Doctor / GP - you may also need to see a Dermatologist …
