I have had this for the majority of my teenage life and I dont know if its normal, at the opening of my urethra I have like a growth? I have seen other people have similiar things but my one always have a different colour than my actual head of penis and doesnt look right, it doesnt hurt or anything but it affects my confidence
Anyone know how to reduce it or get rid of it?

i also may like to add but normally after masturbation and when I have an erection it looks more prominent than in pictures
