Are these growths at the opening of my vagina normal? If not, can someone give me an idea of what it is and what should be done about it, if anything?

Ive seen them before and not known them to be harmful…
i have them i think they are normal just extra skin, are you older in age like over 35?
They are hymenal remnants nothing to worry about.
These are not ‘growths’ just normal hymenal remnants..
