It looks normal to me. are you having any problems with the meatus?
You have PPP around the edge. And I suspect that the rest on the glans are PPP too, not so common as around the side, but can happen.
no problems with the Meatus, some brown spots around it but i think that’s normal.
I have some bumps on the actual gland though, if you look closely. I thought it was either balanatis or herpes at first glance
if its PPP then im not worried. I was thinking it looked like some kind of herpes outbreak bcz they have been getting more red recently

Doesn’t look like herpes to me. If getting red, it could be a type of balanitis or similar infection. Most of them clear up with a dose of iodine for a few days.
