my breast doesn't hurt but my nipples look like this the second one was like this too but now its normal . what is this and is this normal?

What exactly do you think is abnormal? How is this nipple different to the one you consider normal? A picture of your “normal” nipple may help.
Do you have any discharge from the nipple, tenderness or crinkling of the skin around it?
