I'm freaking out because i don't know if this is herpes or not.. my lips are tingling and im not sure if it because i used a lip liner & im allergic to it (been seeing a dermatologist because ive had a few allergic reactions to lip products) someone please help me....

usually you will start to see little bumps in a cluster where it tingles. I don’t see that with your photo.
