Hello, I am a 23 year old female. Today I found this rougher whiteish are on my upper gums, it doesn’t hurt or doesn’t feel sensitive. Is there a chance this is oral hpv or leukoplakia or some other dangerous precancerous condition? also on one side of my mouth inner folds (don’t know how else to call it) there are tiny raised bumps that are also non sensitive. Really concerned, what could these lesions be?

Don’t worry. If you have any symptoms like pain or discomfort, then show it to a dentist. Otherwise don’t think about it too much.
do you have pictures of it? have got it checked out by your primary doctor or a dentist?
