1) Have you recently taken any medications? 2) How long this has been going on? 3) Do you have any skin issues elsewhere on your body? 4) Do you apply anything like skin creams, lotions etc. for lubrication of your penis skin/glans? 5) How old are you? 6) Are you currently sexually active? 7) When last tested for STDs? 8) Itchy skin?
