worry been to doc they said noting but its not the same. it stink. skin has changed . not sure are the bumps and all the veins going to the bumps normal

Lostknight is right. Lets look at dealing with the ‘stink’ … First of all, all Men have a smell present on the Penis to one degree or another. Are you aware of Smegma, and that this and ‘Good Bacteria’ are naturally present on the head and foreskin of the Penis?
What you need to prevent is Problematic Smegma, and this can be achieved by good Penile Hygiene: wash with water only as often as you can, and pat dry with a towel straight after, or use toilet tissue if you cannot access a towel when out and about. for example.
The only reason I can think of that would change the look of the penis, significantly - such as you say, the blood veins leading to bumps - is is you have been deliberately using Penis Enlargement techniques using natural or device methods …
