I think you may be correct in diagnosing Peyronie’s disease. To confirm the diagnosis will require careful physical examination and an ultrasound scan. If it’s ‘stable’- i.e. angulation is not progressing but it’s interfering with sex, then surgery may be an option. Ideally, try to discuss all available options with a urologist with an interest in managing this condition.
