Yes unfortnuately this does look like piles / haemorrhoids. I would strongly suggest that you book to see a doctor / GP so they can examine in person. They may be able to provide creams which will help the symptoms and discuss any other options.

I just mentioned it did look like a haemorrhoid (I had this before and had the opp to get them removed)!
Would suggest you visit your GP to see what can be done i.e creams, see if it goes away, or an injection into the haemorrhoid to make it shrink away.
Several options but depends on your case.
