Does this look like a cold sore or pimple?This is my second time having this on my lip line.Both at different spot.The first one left a dark mark after it's gone.I don't feel pain or tingling/itchy at that area.Anyone can help me?

I suspect it’s a cold sore and not a pimple. The only way of knowing for sure is to get it swabbed by your doctor for herpes DNA.
