havent been tested in two years doc said it was ppp wasnt always this many but doc said theyd grow as i grew then stop and disappear anyways none have really grown in a while and now two single form in the empty space between a weird abnormal group also appeared near the edge of the left grouping they dont feel different but just wanted some feed back is this ppp i never got a second opinion i always feel unsure with just one opinion but at the same im not doc so i also did trust it even they said test can always show false negatives

Yes that is what they are. You have small one. I have seen some really big one. If they get any bigger have them removed with laser.
