I think this is herpes. Have you had a swab for herpes taken to confirm the diagnosis? If not, you should see a doctor asap to get this done and start aciclovir medication. Ulcers that don’t heal can occasionally be due to some underlying health problem, so please get tested for other STDs including HIV and syphilis.

im almost 100% positive this is herpes please visit your local health clinic to have them swabbed while they are still open sores. the good news is your first outbreak is usually the worst, some people never have one again. update us with your reults. best of luck
