i recently got treated for a very painful chlamydia infection (which effected my vagina and rectum) as well as blood testing for herpes, which was negative the area is sore, somewhat itchy, and irritated. Should i be concerned its herpes?

heres another image. i just discovered sores around my anal area, so im assuming i have contracted herpes. is it possible to have contracted herpes while having chlamydia?
